Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PANOT (hereinafter, "the Application" or "the Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Ángel Rodríguez Morán (hereinafter, "the Developer" or "we"), with address for notifications in Madrid, Spain.

By downloading, installing or using PANOT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the application.

PANOT is a "Personal CRM" tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to manage personal relationships.

• → AI Generation: The Service uses third-party technologies (OpenAI) to generate summaries, profiles and relationship graphs. Audio transcription is performed locally on your device.

• → Registration: To use the Service, you must register using a valid email address.
• → Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
• → Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• → Your Content: You retain full ownership of the data, audio and text you enter into the application ("User Content"). By uploading them, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing you the service.
• → Our Property: The application design, source code, logos and relational graph architecture are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.

If you decide to purchase a subscription plan ("PANOT Pro") or make in-app purchases:

• → Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• → Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly/annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
• → Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (or Apple ID settings). Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
• → Right of Withdrawal: As immediate digital content, by subscribing you agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once the service has started, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

When using PANOT, you agree NOT to:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If you download the application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• → These terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple.
• → Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
• → In case of application failure, you may notify Apple and they will refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• → Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
